Designed Programs
Every package includes all 5 programs that target different aspects of your shoulder performance.
ACTIVATION+ Activation Program The Activation program is a dynamic warm-up for your shoulders. The 5-minute Activation program will improve neuromuscular firing and increase targeted blood flow to muscles preparing them for performance. RECOVERY Activation+ Program Activation+ is a way for advanced Crossover Symmetry users to supercharge their warm-up. It uses 4 reps of the traditional Activation then transitions into 4 plyometric reps. STRENGTH Recovery Program The Recovery program incorporates 6-second negatives (eccentic contractions) to increase blood flow and speed up the body's natural healing process. MOBILITY Strength Program The Strength program, also known as IRON SCAP, uses seven intense exercises to improve strength and dynamic stability of the shoulder complex. Mobility Program The Mobility program uses the Crossover Symmetry Mobility Sac to improve range of motion through self-myofascial release. This technique applies pressure and movement to tight muscles and restricted fascia to release knots that inhibit movement.
